Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, accounting, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of cost estimation and budget analysis techniques, and understanding of engineering standards and specifications.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
Cost Management: Ability to prepare cost reports, monitor spending, and ensure budget adherence.
Software: Proficiency in using cost and project management software such as MS Excel, Primavera and SAP.
