Job Description
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Create detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations using software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Manage and oversee electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of electrical engineers and designers.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation prepared by junior engineers.
- Support construction activities by responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), conducting site visits, and resolving technical issues related to electrical systems.
- Ensure that installations comply with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Plan and oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
