Job Description

  • Responsible for selecting potential clients, taking into account the risks surrounding them and their acceptance criteria, in order to determine the company’s ability to accept these risks initially, preparing, presenting, and reviewing studies and credit approvals, and making and reviewing financial analyzes of the financial statements for presentation to the credit and risk departments
  • Reviewing/approving requests for credit increase/renewal and ensuring that the data contained therein are accurate and designed to suit the appropriate required facilities and that all credit risks are properly dealt with
  • Conduct regular follow-ups of the various accounts with the help of periodic reports to avoid the emergence of arrears and abuses and non-compliance with the terms of credit decisions for the facilities granted
  • Monitor changes in clients' risk profiles using renovation, monitoring, and control tools, to be reported immediately to business and risk managers as they occur
  • Maintaining customer loyalty and enhancing brand equity by providing excellent customer service and by making regular updates and reviews about the company's financial product range as well as customer financial needs
  • Provide high-quality service to customers and ensure that all requests (new facilities, increase in existing facilities, exceptions, amendment to existing approvals terms, etc.) are processed within the specified authorities
  • Make marketing calls to examine the market and deal with potential relationships
  • Identifying expansion opportunities with the existing customer base to achieve target portfolio growth
  • Monitor competition practices and report results to his direct manager
  • Make recommendations to improve current procedures and processes to ensure that work is carried out in an effective manner in addition to any other tasks assigned
