Qualifications As ourresident paid media expert, you will be the go-to person for allthings paid media. To be successful in this position, the candidatemust be a subject matter expert and be able to perform each dutysatisfactorily. The responsibilities listed above represent theknowledge, skill, and/or experience required to fill therole’sresponsibilities. Education/ Experience Bachelor’s degreepreferred, equivalent experience and/or proven track record ofresults accepted2 - 4 years of experiencedirectly managing Google Ads campaigns, willing to train and/orbuild development pipelines Meta ads and Microsoft Ads experience is desired, but notrequired Hands-on experience directly managingpaid advertising via search, Pmax, display, demand gen,etc. Current Google Ads certification (Search,Display, AI, & Measurementrequired) Experience successfully working withthird party marketing agencies Multi-channelexperience preferred Experience working cross-functionally to better understand the business objectivesacross multiple departments and deploy paid media to achievethem Hands-on experience optimizing towardsupper and lower funnel conversion metrics Skills/Knowledge Successfully managed 25+ accountswhile achieving campaign / growthgoals Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint,etc. Comfortable aggregating performance datafrom multiple sources and mining forinsights
Full Time
