Job Description


Were searching for an experienced C Developer with experience of Audio and/or Video Pipeline experience. The role is based fulltime onsite in Lund.

Role Description:

Overview and personal traits: A senior developer who is very communicative energetic and efficient that naturally has a will to drive and solve problems.

Experience

  • Extensive knowledge in C14 at least preferably C20. Knows and can talk about intricate details of how C works and is able to demonstrate this in a good manner during interview
  • Specialized in Video and/or Audiopipeline.
  • Experience in any of the following multimedia frameworks is most likely a plus: GStreamer DirectShow FFmpeg and/or Stagefright for Android
  • Typical work tasks in current backlog (the developer will be part of an Infrastructure team working on media libraries in UK):
    • Video/audiocodecs for devices to ensure compatibility.
    • Audio native library for VR device to enable call handling.
    • Mixer normalize output volume from several incoming audio streams.
    • Video determine right codec for certain network situations latency/bitrate/congestion.
    • Audio telemetry to understand loudness in different conference rooms.
    • Video screensharing how do we control bitrate distribution among participants.
