Position: Event Assistant (Entry Level)

Job Summary:
As an Event Assistant you will support the Event Coordinator and Event Manager in planning organizing and executing various events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about the events industry and looking to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning Support: Assist in the development and execution of event plans including timelines schedules and budgets.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service to clients addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as data entry managing RSVP lists preparing event materials and maintaining event databases.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events including social media updates.
- Onsite Support: Be present at events to assist with coordination troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth execution.
- PostEvent Activities: Participate in postevent evaluations and assist in preparing reports to assess the success of each event.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Creative thinking and a proactive attitude
