Job Description:

o Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improving financial Performance

o Valuation of the new business/ startup o Understanding of Indian accounting and tax o Assist in merger & acquisitions o Understanding of global compliance – added advantage o Prepare financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual statements in compliance

with regulatory requirements o Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions o Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders highlighting key

financial insights and recommendations

Candidates Profile:

o MBA/ CMA/ CA/ CPA with relevant experience o Analytics skills o Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting techniques and financial software (e.g. Excel

ERP systems) o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial

information clearly and effectively o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment o Knowledge of financial regulations accounting standards and compliance requirements o Flexibility to work in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
