Job Overview:
The Communications Associate will support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company's visibility reputation and engagement with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer creative thinker and team player with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of engaging content across various channels including social media website newsletters and press releases.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends preparing reports and summaries as needed.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence including Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures presentations and flyers.
- Maintain and update the company’s website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Handle media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company spokespeople.
- Help maintain the company’s brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging across all communications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Communications Manager.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
