Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into various systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
