Job Description
- Preparing and Reviewing project contractors’ agreements
- Preparing and Following the project schedules
- Project drawings coordination and match them, and ensure their integrity and approval by the project owner
- Reviewing and coordinating services drawings (electricity - plumbing - air conditioning - ventilation -......) and coordinating to make the necessary amendments to match the site.
- Solve problems that arise during project implementation.
- Preparing the reports form (by specialized program)and following the daily and weekly reports with the site engineers
- Regular visits to project sites to follow up on the progress and site engineers
- Team building and development of coordination, communication, and site skills
- Develop a project management manual in which scopes and management tasks and clearly described
