Property Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daytoday operations of multiple rental properties in Tampa Florida.
• Handle leasing activities including property showings tenant screening lease preparation and lease signings.
• Address tenant issues and maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Collect rent payments enforce lease terms and initiate eviction proceedings if necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of property maintenance expenses and rental agreements.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and renovations.
• Ensure properties are compliant with housing regulations and safety standards.
• Market available rental units and collaborate with marketing team to attract new tenants.
• Conduct regular property inspections and enforce property rules and regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience in property management or real estate sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with local rental regulations and market trends.
• Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
