An esteemed Brisbanebased landscape company servicing highend residential and commercial properties is seeking a Project Manager to join their ranks. Whats on offer:

• Permanent fulltime position (inclusive of holiday pay sick pay superannuation etc.)
  
• $85000 $100000 salary

• Phone iPad and any other necessary equipment provided
  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing multiple projects primarily in residential landscape construction and softscape projects across the greater Brisbane region.
  
• Managing projects ranging from $10k to $500k ($150k $350k is our sweetspot)
  
• Some experience in estimation and variations
  
• Conducting site inspections
  
• No programming required just efficient oversight of projects
  
• Collaborating with a team of likeminded professional landscapers
  

Requirements

What you will bring to the table:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction
  
• Queensland driver s license (manual)
  
• White Card certification
  
• Positive attitude strong work ethic and excellent teamwork skills
  
• Proficiency in using Apple software would be strong advantage
  
• 5 years experience in the landscape industry preferred
  
• Ability to adhere to inhouse procedures
