Responsibilities:
- Achieve business objectives and sales targets for assigned territories including Manchester and London.
- Oversee daily operations manage budgets and ensure overall brand compliance with market distribution pricing strategies and protection against counterfeit products.
- Support and lead the team in formulating effective sales strategies and setting corporate goals.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers consistently proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
- Ensure all products and services adhere to regulatory standards and quality assurances.
- Maintain rigorous company standards and operational procedures across all activities.
- Tackle adhoc tasks as assigned by management contributing to companywide initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Willing to work at Manchester and/or London.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and distributor management with a strong preference for candidates from the vaping tobacco FMCG or smartphone industries.
- Proven track record in FMCG sales particularly with offtrade channel wholesale clients and key accounts.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills coupled with outstanding leadership and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent communication and professional business negotiation skills.
