Job Summary:

As a leader in the field they continuously strive to blend minimal harm materials with exceptional taste and design.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business objectives and sales targets for assigned territories including Manchester and London.
  • Oversee daily operations manage budgets and ensure overall brand compliance with market distribution pricing strategies and protection against counterfeit products.
  • Support and lead the team in formulating effective sales strategies and setting corporate goals.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers consistently proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Ensure all products and services adhere to regulatory standards and quality assurances.
  • Maintain rigorous company standards and operational procedures across all activities.
  • Tackle adhoc tasks as assigned by management contributing to companywide initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Manchester and/or London.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and distributor management with a strong preference for candidates from the vaping tobacco FMCG or smartphone industries.
  • Proven track record in FMCG sales particularly with offtrade channel wholesale clients and key accounts.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills coupled with outstanding leadership and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and professional business negotiation skills.
