Requirements :
Have at least 2 full life cycle implementations experience with handson configuration implementation and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS PaaS) SCM application (Order Management Inventory & Manufacturing)
Responsible for leading the requirements elicitation fitgap analysis development configuration functional testing and postproduction support Oracle EBS R12 functional consultant for Production support enhancements and integrating new acquisitions to Oracle.
Experience in Order Management Shipping Quotes Claims Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management Manufacturing and Inventory Management modules Strong experience in gathering requirements designing solutions for Very High transaction volumes and should have good experience of Performance Testing of solutions .
Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscape Knowledge on endtoend processes Order to Cash Procure Pay Master data management is a must Experience in handling integration with external partners/ applications like ECommerce Portals Part Catalogs trading partners
Suppliers & Customers EDI Comfortable in driving requirements workshops CRPs and Key Design Discussion sessions with client Oracle Certification is preferred and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus Excellent clientfacing communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams OCI etc.
Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXO level client contacts Managing Client escalations as a Solution Architect OnsiteOffshore communication and work management
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
