Key Responsibility Area: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent )
o Develop and maintain complex financial reports using Oracle FRS ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
o Utilize OTBI for adhoc reporting and analytics to assist business users in decisionmaking including scorecards and modeling.
o Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities implement new functionalities and optimize financial processes and reporting frameworks.
o Design and develop analytics products and services using advanced analytical techniques and tools such as SQL and Excel.
o Provide leadership and support to the analytics team offering training on FRS and OTBI tools and managing daytoday activities.
o Work closely with clients providing analytics and advisory services and actively participate in special project assignments.
o Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis continuously updating rules and procedures to optimize results.
o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management helping to deliver on business goals and commitments. Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job Knowledge Tools Technical Knowledge Certifications etc.)
o Proven expertise and practical experience with Oracle FRS and OTBI along with familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials.
o Deep understanding of financial reporting principles and best practices.
o Skilled in SQL for data manipulation and proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA.
o Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and their practical applications including regression analysis and statistical testing.
o Certifications in Oracle applications are highly desirable.
o Beneficial to have a foundational or practical knowledge of Machine Learning & AI as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure. BEHAVIORAL SKILLS: (Attitude Aptitude)

Key Skills/Experience :- 3-10 years of equity research experience, in-depth knowledge of one or more sectors' key drivers, dynamics, trends and indicators. Only MBA in Finance from a reputed institute / CA / CFA (US) / ICWA. Any progress towards CFA (US) would also be preferred. Should be highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Good understanding of capital markets with excellent financial skills. A solid understanding of financial statements, ratios, accounting and valuation concepts. Analytical / Problem solving skills, with a logical thought process - to sort, analyse and creatively interpret large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data. Distinguished written and oral communications skills Strong attention to detail Good relationship management, and strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work with and coach junior team members Ability to critically analyze various business fundamentals Highly passionate about equity research and self-driven
