Looking for a more supportive flexible nursery manager role working for a small friendly nursery group
Youll lead our fully staffed successful nursery where you can design your own shift patterns get support from area management and the wider nursery network and have onsite parking and a 10 minute walk to the train station.
Youll have previous nursery manager experience and be responsible for day to day running leading the team to delivery high quality practice. Youll build great relationships with colleagues children and parents.
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in childcare (minimum)
A minimum of 2 years experience in a nursery management role
Indepth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a passion for early years education
Strong leadership skills with a "cando" attitude.
A natural ability to build trusting relationships with staff parents and children
Excellent written and IT skills for effective communication and recordkeeping
