About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our growing construction team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects with a focus on industrial tiltup concrete civil/underground utilities office buildouts and office remodels. You will ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all project personnel including subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Develop and implement detailed construction plans and schedules.
- Manage project budgets and ensure costeffectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Resolve construction issues and problems effectively.
Qualifications:
- 515 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on industrial tiltup concrete civil/underground utilities office buildouts or office remodels
- A degree in Construction Management or a similar field is a plus.
- Proven track record of completing construction projects on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficient in construction scheduling and estimating software.
- Valid drivers license.
