Based in Barnet on great transport links we at The Hyde are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team and work alongside the manager in the day to day running of our lovely Nursery. Working 38 hrs a week salary is c 33k plus fantastic benefits.
The Hyde Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group and is based in High Barnet in the beautiful Iconic Hyde Institute building. Registered for 88 children our lovely setting is minutes away from lovely green spaces which the Nursery takes full advantage of whatever the weather together with having access through the nursery to free flow in to their lovely outdoor gardens.
Requirements
As Head of Room you will:
Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
Enhance the allaround daily needs of children including their physical intellectual social and emotional development
Promote respect and credibility for this position by leading as a role model with impartiality and consistency
Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments and identify training or development needs for staff.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child staff parent and visitor always
Understand and ensure that the requirements of Ofsted and the EYFS are met
Qualified in Early Years with a minimum of 3 years working in a Nursery Setting and at least 1 years experience in a leadership role.
