Experience Required: 5 years
Interact with engineers clients and technicians to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and
products to obtain a clear understanding of project requirements. Proficient in computerassisted
engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. Direct and coordinate
manufacturing construction installation maintenance support documentation and testing activities
related to toxic gas monitoring equipment to ensure compliance with specifications codes and customer
requirements. Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing construction and
installation standards and specifications. Inspect completed installations and observe operations to
ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety
standards. Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical
theory to engineering projects. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
Requirements
B.S degree in Electrical Engineering
California Registered Professional Engineer is a plus
Must be wellorganized detailoriented and able to work effectively on multiple projects in order to
support design efforts.
Perform duties using sound judgment and solid engineering principles.
Possess excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively
communicate with clients vendors and colleagues.
Possess strong computer skills utilizing MS Office including Excel Word PowerPoint Project;
experience with Bluebeam Revu AutoCAD and/or REVIT a plus.
Creativity and the ability to work with minimal supervision are desired.
