Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients team in Tijuana and Ciudad Ju rez. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the glass packaging industry focusing on expanding market presence and driving sales growth. This position offers a competitive salary of 70000 MXN commissions with significant opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the market share of glass packaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance analyses to senior management.
- Participate in industry events trade shows and networking activities to promote the companys products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role in the glass packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the glass industry.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsoriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
