Role Description
This is a fulltime role for an Assistant Soft Skill Facilitator at Inspiria Knowledge Campus located in Siliguri West Bengal India. As an Assistant Soft Skill Facilitator you will be responsible for assisting in the facilitation of soft skill development programs and workshops for students. You will support the lead facilitator in organizing and conducting training sessions providing guidance and feedback to students and evaluating their progress. This is an onsite position.
Should have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to connect with and motivate students
- Good knowledge and understanding of various soft skills topics
- Experience in conducting training programs or workshops is a plus
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in the similar field
communication, soft skills training, soft skills, public speaking, class management, teaching, facilitation, personality development
