Area supervisor - Assiut

• Develop and deliver sales presentations and training materials
  
• Recruit hire onboard and train a highperforming team of indirect sales representatives
  
• Tracking & Mentoring sales attendance attitude cash liquidity for the staff members.
  
• Evaluating the staff according to their performance monthly.
  
• Dealing with clients we serving to meet their requirements or solve any problem happened.
  
• Visit locations we served on his area.
  
• identify and qualify new sales leads within the assigned channel.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  
• 5 years of Sales Experience in Fintech is a must.
  
• Strong Communication Skills and a customerservice Mindset.
