Job Description
SLP CCC Upcoming School Year
We are currently hiring for a full time Speech Language Pathologist to service a school based caseload.
The SLP will be required to formulate Individual Education Plans for each student on their caseload and maintain report cards. The SLP will also be required to attend IEP meetings to collaborate with parents and other members of staff.
Performance Responsibly:
- Conducts speechlanguage screenings for students with suspected disabilities.
- Analyzes and interprets information to make recommendations regarding speechlanguage services.
- Plans and implements evidencebased interventions appropriate for individual students.
- Provides consultative services to teachers parents administrators and allied agencies to integrate speechlanguage goals into the classroom other educational programs and the home environment.
Requirements
Master s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited educational institution.
Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred or eligible. CFYs will be provided a Supervisor
Possess Indiana license to practice Speech Language Pathology. License Reimbursement
Indiana Teaching certification with SLP endorsement required
