Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re in search of an enthusiastic Leads Intake Specialist. The successful candidate will receive realworld experience exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy personal injury firm. All equipment and computers will be provided by the law firm.
This opportunity will provide the applicant with a rewarding experience that will allow them to help others in a busy environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Leads Specialists are responsible for obtaining all information concerning when where and how an injury occurred. They are responsible for noting injuries and possible injuries along with other important details. All potential clients speak with an Intake Specialist before the possible case is sent to the legal team for review.
The Lead Intake Specialists also perform scheduled check in calls to our clients. These calls are not to give the client information or inform them of case status although they may ask. These calls are set in place to check on the emotional and physical wellbeing of our clients post injury. This is one way our firm is set apart from other injury law firms!
Requirements

- Ability to learn new computer software quickly.

- Goal and deadlineoriented.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with medical terminology is desirable.
- At least 1 year of related job experience is required. Must have experience with customer service on the phone or experience working with a law firm.
