The role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will join a lean Talent team of four with the goal of leveling up xChange by hiring outstanding talent who will raise the bar and grow xChange to the next level. In your role you will be hiring across all teams effectively balancing daily operational hiring and active sourcing outcomes while establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates as their goto consultant/sparring partner. You leverage both datadriven and relationshipfocused strategies aiming to optimize all hiring efforts and deliver Aplayer candidates for all roles. Additionally you own and support strategic initiatives and projects such as employer branding.

Location

We are located in the heart of Hamburg and would like you to be based here for this position. However if you are not in Hamburg already xChange offers a relocation package and has partnered with Localyze to assist with work permitrelated topics to make it possible.

What youll be up to

• Own the endtoend recruiting process for roles from all teams from requirement definition through to successful signings
• Be a trusted sparring partner for our hiring managers to define hiring requirements processes and recruiting strategies
• Define sourcing strategies build up seamless candidate pipelines and retain strong networks and talent pools for future hiring needs
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by listening to candidates feedback and ensuring smooth processes at all times
• Keep a close eye on numbers and strategically improve Talent Acquisition e.g. exploring new hiring channels optimizing stage gates etc.
• Support in building up an authentic employer brand that attracts ideal candidate profiles

Requirements

What makes you a great fit

• You are a Talent Acquisition Specialist by heart with a selfstarter attitude who loves to explore efficient and innovative ways to find top talents
• 13 years experience in Talent Acquisition ideally in a Tech start/scaleup
• You are a great communicator and a strong relationship builder you know exactly how to excite and challenge people
• You are empathetic convincing and wellstructured you can keep a clear head even in wild times
• A datadriven approach you analyze and identify ways to increase the efficiency of recruiting processes and develop effective hiring channels
