Open Position: Sales Manager (MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company)

An MNC Integrated Manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join them in the Johor Office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in any related field.
  
• At least 5 years working experience in plastic manufacturing process or its equivalent.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  
• Set sales targets monitor progress and provide regular reports on sales activities achievements and challenges to senior management.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients identify their needs and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development to develop and launch effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance sales performance.
  
• Strong leadership abilities with the skills to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Extensive knowledge in using office products such as word excel powerpoint etc.
  
• Proficient in English language in both writing and speaking.
