Open Position: Citrix Technical Lead (MNC Company)

An MNC Company is currently hiring Citrix Technical Lead to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• More than 6 years experience in virtualization technologies with a strong focus on Citrix.
  
• Design implement and maintain the virtualization infrastructure primarily based on Citrix technologies.
  
• Oversee the configuration optimization and monitoring of virtualized environments ensuring performance and availability.
  
• Ensure the stability security and scalability of Citrix infrastructure components.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and scalability of virtualized environments.
  
• Implement strategies to optimize virtualization performance including load balancing and resource allocation techniques.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in virtualization specifically Citrix and make recommendations for adoption.
  
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in a complex IT environment.
  
• Strong understanding of virtualization concepts hypervisors (e.g. VMware HyperV) and related technologies.
  
• A team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
