We are on the lookout for a Principal Data Analyst to embark on a transformative journey with one of our clients a leader in the consulting and digital transformation realm. This role is a perfect match for those who have a knack for turning complex business processes into actionable datadriven insights and excel in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Your Role and Its Impact:
- Dive deep into business processes translating them into specific data requirements for innovative cloudbased solutions including platforms and dashboards.
- Transform business queries into testable hypotheses employing SQL Python or R to unearth insightful data interpretations.
- Elevate analytical outcomes through compelling data visualization primarily using PowerBI.
- Mentor and lead junior consultants contributing actively to the development of the company s data analysis and modeling strategies.
Requirements
- A data virtuoso with outstanding communication and analytical abilities.
- Wellversed in data analysis business intelligence reporting and dashboarding with proficiency in SQL Python or R.
- Adept in Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies capable of translating complex data scenarios into clear actionable insights.
- Fluent in English you re a natural at making complex data understandable to diverse audiences.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack Java software engineering, including Java 11 and Spring. Experience with distributed software architectures and cloud-based hosting (preferably Azure). Back-end development proficiency with some front-end (web) development exposure. Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Build, and Deployment practices, tools, and trends. Comprehensive understanding of Java development methods, IT architectures, and common development tools. Skill in writing SQL database queries. Experience in the financial sector is preferable. Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Splunk monitoring. A flexible, proactive approach with a strong analytical mindset and result orientation. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
