Job Description
Job Objective
Work Environment:
Remote or onsite training sessions as required.
Flexible working hours to accommodate learner schedules.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in chatbot development and AI integration.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Copilot Studio and similar platforms.
Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform particularly in Power Automate PowerApps and Dataverse (preferred)
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to contextualize training materials and deliver engaging sessions.
Strong project management skills to guide learners through the development lifecycle.
Certification: Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)/ACTA PL200 (preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in teaching or training roles.
Ability to customize training approaches based on learner needs.
Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data security considerations.
