Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Mississauga Onsite

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of handson experience in HR particularly in hiring candidate profiling screening conducting interviews and managing the entire recruitment process. Additionally the candidate should possess strong skills in social media management customer service business development and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through various channels including job boards social media platforms and networking events.
  • Utilize social media platforms to build brand awareness engage with potential candidates and promote job opportunities.
  • Conduct candidate profiling and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track candidate interactions manage client relationships and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR continually seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 34 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and staffing.
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent for diverse roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in recruitment and brand building.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferably in a recruitment or HR context.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
