Director of Global Finance and Business Partnering

We are looking for a Director of Global Finance and Business Partnering to join our team based in UK (London or remote). In this role your focus will be to influence the delivery of results by supporting and challenging a network of Chief Business Officers (CBO). The incumbent will need to lead a team of global finance professionals to ensure the production of timely information to support the decisionmaking process.

This role will involve partnering with business leaders. You will report to the CFO who is based in London and work closely with our international team of Chief Business Officers and other business leaders across different countries to ensure an efficient business partnership to support Roboyo s exponential growth.

This is a highly visible and instrumental role for an energetic individual who can function independently in a dynamic fastpaced environment and thrives on inspiring change and impacting performance. The individual must be passionate about producing highquality information for our business leaders and supporting them in delivering profitable growth.

• Lead our network of incounty finance professionals around the world (13countries) to produce accurate monthly numbers for submission to group for consolidation.
  
• Influencing the setting and delivery of annual budgets for all clientfacing P&Ls.
  
• Develop and produce consistent MI and KPI for each of the CBOs which aggregates to global reporting for the Group CBO.
  
• Work with COO / CRO teams to set and deliver KPI.
  
• Be a true partner to the business in understanding their number and driving profitable growth.
  
• Provide detailed analysis to CBO to articulate business performance.
  
• Provide commercial support and challenge.
  
• Providing coaching and training for team development.
  
• Work closely with FP&A on forwardlooking projections.
  

Experience and skills that you can use at Roboyo:

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and have experience of running a multicountry Finance team.
