Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role at The Fuel Store in overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle ensuring our internal processes are contributing to an exceptional client experience.

You will apply your technical knowledge to ensure that our systems and internal processes are geared up for client success by reviewing client feedback and taking swift actions to overcome problems. This will lead to an improved client experience by implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure seamless service experiences.

You will also be leading a strong business support team with varying specialist areas.

Brief Overview:

Permanent Opportunity: Full Time

Basic Salary:Dependent on experience

Location: Birmingham B2 (Hybrid)


Requirements

  • Manage the IT support Specialist systems analyst and data analyst.
  • Ensure effective service delivery and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate and optimize the integration of IT services.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage incident and problem resolution processes.
  • Oversee resource allocation where necessary.
  • Assist the Head of Operations in taking ownership of this core area for the department.
  • Strive for Continuous Improvement across all areas.

To have the ability to contribute to The Fuel Store s success you will need the following skills:

o Strong organizational skills to manage projects and meet deadlines.

  • Technical Proficiency:

o Experienced in using cloud based technology have used or an understanding of Microsoft Dynamics

o Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.

  • DecisionMaking:

o To make informed decisions quickly and effectively
