Zoho Corporation Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales particularly in the software industry and a deep understanding of CRM solutions. This role involves selling Zohos suite of products to new and existing clients driving new business revenue growth and fostering longterm customer relationships.
Role description:
As a New Business Account Manager you will have complete ownership of a set of New Business Opportunities in pipeline each quarter that are generated from various channels. Based on prospects needs you will support them and drive adoption of Zohos suite of products.
You will build longterm trusting relationships with various stakeholders within a customer organisation. We truly believe that we will be successful only if our customers are successful and if they derive the value and ROI from their investment in our technology.
Please note: This is a hybrid role and as such you are expected to work from our Milton Keynes office at least 2 days a week and 3 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quarterly and annual New Business sales targets.
Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for prospects during their evaluation of Zoho App(s).
Maintain indepth knowledge of Zoho s product offerings and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations to prospective clients highlighting the benefits and features of Zoho App(s).
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals ensuring timely followups and clear communication throughout the process.
Maintain a viable pipeline of opportunities nurture them negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams including Presales Marketing Product Development and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the MD and the Director of Sales highlighting achievements challenges and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customers implementation partner wherever needed to achieve overall satisfaction with the solution and create a trusted 3 way partnership between customer partner and Zoho.
Use solution selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and help them realize business value from adopting Zohos suite of products.
2 to 4 years of New Business Sales/Business Development experience from a software/SaaS background.
Prior experience in selling SaaS applications such as CRM ERP Accounting Marketing Apps and HRMS is preferred.
Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the SMB and Mid Market segments as well as consistently exceeding New Business revenue targets.
Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition.
Strong communication interpersonal and consultative skills.
Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.
Open to travel domestically for customer meetings.
Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
