Job Description
At CENTRAL TEXAS VETERINARY SPECIALTY AND EMERGENCY HOSPITAL We Are Passionate About Offering HighCaliber Compassionate Service to Our Patients Clients and Referral Community. We Are Seeking LikeMinded Individuals to join our Emergency Care team as Urgent Care receivers at our Austin TX Location.
As an Urgent Care veterinarian you will play a crucial role on our team through outpatient receiving of noncritical urgent cases that present through the ER service. Such cases will include but are not limited to bandage changes ear infections noncritical urinary issues acute lameness and stable gastroenteritis patients. Delivering highquality medical care is essential from presentation to discharge where you can expect to utilize hone and increase skills and knowledge. This role may be perfect for you if you are a general practice veterinarian or a new graduate who enjoys urgent care medicine and/or wants to "dip your toe" in emergency medicine to see if this is an avenue you want to explore further.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent; all state licensing requirements completed
- DEA license (state and federal)
