Duties and responsibilities include;

Welcome customers to the dealership assess their needs and provide expert guidance on vehicle options

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and used cars

Maintain an uptodate understanding of the features benefits and pricing of all vehicles in our inventory

Arrange and accompany customers on test drives ensuring a positive and informative experience

Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively

Handle all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales including finance and insurance documentation

Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Skills and experience;

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively

Indepth knowledge of the automotive market and vehicle features

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
