Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and securing new business opportunities establishing strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. As a Client Acquisition Specialist you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling networking events social media and industry research.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business leads and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase the value of our recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and successful delivery of services.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance using CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales business development or client acquisition preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve results in a fastpaced competitive environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Own Vehicle and Valid Drivers License.
