As a Scrum Master you will:

• Facilitate and implement agile processes and practices within the MCP Platform team.
  
• Support the development and delivery of Public Cloud services ensuring efficient team operations and a continuous improvement mindset.
  
• Remove obstacles enhance team dynamics and promote a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  
• Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders and external partners fostering an environment that encourages innovation and agility.
  
• Guide the team through Scrum events manage the backlog and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  
• Work with a team of Cloud Architects and Service Managers supporting international collaboration from various locations.
  
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory and practice improving its effectiveness within the Scrum framework.
  
• Coach team members in selfmanagement and crossfunctionality.
  
• Help the Scrum Team focus on creating highvalue Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  
• Ensure all Scrum events are positive productive and kept within the timebox.
  
• Assist the Platform owner with Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  
• Establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
  
• Lead train and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption.
  
• Plan and advise on Scrum implementations within the organization.
  
• Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 510 years of relevant work experience in similar and complex technological environments.
  
• Experience as a Scrum Master in IT with a preferred focus on cloud platform services.
  
• Experience in setting up a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCOE).
  
• Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban and other agile frameworks.
  
• Strong teambuilding skills with the ability to coach and structure teams effectively.
  
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience managing partnerships.
  
• Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across international borders.
  
• Adept at aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills able to communicate effectively with various levels within an organization.
  
• Professional certifications in Scrum (CSM PSM) and project management methodologies are highly regarded.
  
• Excellent language skills in Dutch English and German are preferred.
