Job Description
This is a remote position.
Benore Logistic Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on recruitment marketing preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective ad strategies to attract top talent
- Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment ads across various platforms
- Create engaging ad copy and content tailored to different roles and platforms
- Design visually appealing graphics for recruitment marketing materials
- Organize and coordinate photoshoots for authentic workplace visuals
- Manage job postings and company profiles on recruitment platforms
- Monitor and respond to reviews to maintain a positive employer brand
- Generate detailed reports on ad performance and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to align recruitment marketing strategies with overall brand objectives

- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Human Resources or a related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on recruitment marketing preferred
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as Indeed and others
- Solid understanding of analytics tools and techniques for tracking ad performance
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams OneDrive)
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
