As an Immigration Assistant you will assist the Senior Solicitor in preparing and completing visa forms under the supervision of the Team Leader and Senior Solicitor. You will liaise with clients to collect documentation from those based in Vietnam and assist clients in preparing statements.

• Assist the Senior Solicitor in preparing and completing visa forms under the supervision of the Team Leader and Senior Solicitor
  
• Liaise with clients to collect documentation from those based in Vietnam
  
• Assist clients in preparing statements
  
• Manage data entry using our CRM Smokeball
  
• Attend to queries from clients
  
• Schedule meetings consultations and deadlines
  
• Assist in billing receipting and invoicing clients (preferred but not essential)
  
• Provide general administrative assistance
  
• Take instructions from clients and translate documents from Vietnamese to English and/or vice versa

• Proficiency in Vietnamese
  
• Previous experience in migration and/or related industries (preferred)
