Job Description

Perform diversified administrative duties to coordinate details of employee benefit programs Pension Workers Compensation Group Health Insurance Disability and Flex information to employees. Maintain thorough knowledge of tribal benefit package and personnel policies. Ensure compliance with employment laws regulating employee benefits. Remain current on new and changed laws rules and regulations on employment compensation and employee benefits. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and other duties as assigned. Must submit and pass a drug test and criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement.. Strong attendance and punctuality is a must!

Requirements

Associated degree or three years related and verifiable experience in Health Insurance billing account reconciliation accounting information systems and general office. PC skills required; database spreadsheet word processing and graphics general office equipment experience and excellent communication skills written verbal telephone and presenting. Independent judgment in determining work priorities and processing of shortterm plans. Applicant will also be required to take complete and pass an accounting and clerical skills test/exam.
