Job Description

Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions is currently seeking 10 agents for a Quality Assurance Evaluator.

This parttime flexible opportunity allows you to work from home and make a difference.

Requirements

Duties & Certification Obligation
As a Quality Assurance agent you will:

  1. Complete a certification course that typically takes 12 hours.
  2. Join and participate in all communication channels made available to you for your success.
  3. Upon certification you will be assigned a test call to complete which will showcase your knowledge and understanding of the project and its requirements moving forward.
  4. Certified agents will be assigned a weekly list of businesses to call where you will pose as a customer.
  5. Document your experience evaluating professionalism product knowledge engagement and overall customer service.
  6. Submit detailed feedback for each call ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.

Expectations
  • minimum of 6 months customer service experience (call center experience virtual or inoffice)
  • consistently meet deadlines and follow provided guidelines
  • perform calls independently with minimal supervision
  • maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in your evaluations
  • demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal

Compensation
  • earn $3 per call with the potential to makeup to $30 per week by completing 8 or more calls
Technical Requirements
  • active phone line (mobile or landline)
  • mobile device capable of downloading applications
  • computer with a CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor or equivalent
  • screen resolution of at least 1280 x 720 (720p)
  • internet explorer 9.0 or higher
