Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization.
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs including elearning modules instructorled workshops and onthejob coaching programs.
Select and implement appropriate training methods based on program content and learning objectives.
Develop highquality training materials such as presentations handouts and online resources.
Deliver training programs to employees at all levels of the organization.
Facilitate interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and skill development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys assessments and performance metrics.
Stay uptodate on the latest instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.
Manage and maintain training records and documentation.
May identify and source external training providers when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Adult Education Instructional Design or a related field (Masters degree a plus).
Board Certification CSTD Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or HRPA Learning and Development Professional (LDP)).
Minimum 35 years of experience as a Training Consultant or similar role.
Proven track record of designing developing and delivering effective training programs.
Strong instructional design skills and experience with various training methodologies (eLearning blended learning etc.).
Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to assess training needs develop learning objectives and measure training effectiveness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
Experience working in a fastpaced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (French a plus).
