Key Responsibilities: • Design and Development: • Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. • Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics. • Develop creative content for email campaigns and digital marketing. • Branding: • Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms. • Uphold the company’s brand identity and guidelines in all design work. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies. • Project Management: • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Communicate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences. • Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. • Technical Skills: • Use graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs. • Stay updated with industry software and technology advancements. • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production. • Collaboration: • Work closely with the marketing, product, and web development teams to ensure designs meet project specifications. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. • Receive feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs. • Continuous Improvement: • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in graphic design. • Continuously improve design skills and techniques. • Participate in professional development activities such as workshops and conferences.
