We are an innovative startup based in California USA with a branch in Amman Jordan. We are looking for an experienced FullStack JavaScript Developer (parttime or fulltime).

As a FullStack Developer your duties and responsibilities will include working together with our design team for creating maintaining and managing backend infrastructure i.e. the database server serverside applications as well as REST API development. As for the frontend work you should have the ability to translate the client requirements into appealing and functioning interactive applications. In addition to this you should be good at creating an attractive and functional digital environment for our products by ensuring an exceptional user experience

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Design team to understand the design and UI/UX requirements better.
• Maintain and improve the presentability of our website and web applications.
• Optimize the design of web applications for a robust user experience.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other developers to improve usability.
• Acquire feedback from customers and users to build viable solutions.
• Write functional requirement guides and documents.
• Create quality prototypes and templates for client approvals.
• Ensure brand consistency and highquality graphics standards.
• Use application logic to check the feasibility of the application.
• Write reusable code blocks and finish the coding within the stipulated time.
• Test out your code before sending it forward to the Testing Team.
• Create and integrate the database with its complete maintenance.
• Design frameworks to develop serverside web applications.
• Identify problem areas and bring relevant changes.
• Perform UI tests to ensure maximum performance.

Requirements

• 2 years web development (NodeJS ReactJS JavaScript HTML5 PHP etc)
• Impressive portfolio with both frontend and backend projects
• Good understanding of at least one web framework (Django Flask Rails etc)
• Exposure or willingness to learn WordPress basics
• Experience with RESTful API usage and development
• Experience with version control (i.e. git svn)
• SQL noSQL database experience
• Good understanding of basic SEO principles.
• Knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage
• Testdriven development and CI/CD tools
