Position Hours and Location

We are actively hiring for this position. You will be expected to work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week. Youll work at our downtown Knoxville Tennessee headquarters located at 200 Jennings Avenue. Our office hours are Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. ET though we are hiring for day and night shifts.

Compensation

We are offering competitive compensation and a growth plan based on experience and skill and this will be discussed with you during the interview process.

Your Opportunities

Your roles and responsibilities will provide skill development and youll get periodic informal and formal reviews and feedback from your supervisor. Youll also have input on what you want to accomplish during your career.

What You ll Do

Your seat will have the following roles and responsibilities though there will be new needs and activities that develop during your time here that you ll be involved with as well:
  • Collecting analyzing and consolidating financial data
  • Preparing and issuing financial statements and reports
  • Creating and implementing policies and procedures
  • Making and managing budgets
  • Handling and processing payrolls
  • Ensuring compliance with financial rules and regulations
  • Developing strategic financial plans and goals
  • Keeping track of debt levels and liabilities
  • Providing financial analysis tools for decision making

Education & Experience

  • 5 years working as a Controller at a thirty to fifty million dollar company
  • Proven track record as a strong effective communicator
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance
