Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Financial Management:

Oversee daily financial transactions including billings accounts payable and receivable payroll and general ledger entries.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.


2. GST and TDS Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST including Einvoicing and TDS returns.

Stay updated with changes in GST and TDS regulations and ensure compliance.


3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor and analyse budget variances and recommend corrective actions.


4. Audit and Taxation:

Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

Prepare and submit required tax documents and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws.


5. Financial Reporting:

Generate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.

Provide management with financial analysis and insights to support decisionmaking.






Qualifications:


Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Minimum of 35 years of accounting experience in the service industry preferably in hospitality or resort management.

Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and experience with EInvoicing.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
