Logistics Planner
Orchestrate seamless operational excellence! As a Logistics Strategist at Benore Logistic Systems Inc. youll be the driving force behind efficient asset allocation and daily execution planning ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically assign and allocate company assets to meet daily operational demands and financial goals
- Optimize space utilization through strategic cubing and splitting of customer products in trailers/containers
- Efficiently manage and communicate daily load plans including driver schedules and timings
- Leverage advanced load planning software and tools to generate optimal load plans based on space weight and delivery constraints
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for optimization cost reduction and improved operational efficiencyCollaborate closely with operations teams to understand load requirements delivery constraints and customer needsEnsure planning aligns with DOT regulations asset utilization and operational performance standards
- Stay updated on industry trends technological advancements and regulatory changes recommending process improvements

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in load planning software data analysis tools and transportation management systems
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Indepth knowledge of DOT regulations and operational performance standards
- Adaptability to stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements

Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field (or an Associate's degree with relevant experience) Demonstrated minimum of 3-5 years in management and 5 years in transportation Proficiency in at least two areas, including dispatch, fleet maintenance, CDL driving, and/or transportation safety Proficient in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.), and reporting tools Strong multitasking abilities, excelling in fast-paced environments Exemplary organizational skills with keen attention to detail Hold a valid Class A CDL and meet eligibility requirements for company vehicle insurance Lead our driver operations to unprecedented success!
