Position Summary
The Senior Facilities Planner is responsible for developing and overseeing all Planned Maintenance/Calibration activities. This includes coordinating and expediting the operations of the Facilities Department ensuring work orders are documented and executed and managing parts inventory.
Essential Functions
- Coordinating and communicating planned maintenance activities.
- Ensuring that planned maintenance schedules are communicated.
- Processing and tracking facilities purchasing activities.
- Supporting and executing new SOPs and administrative duties.
- Adhering to Safety and GMP procedures.
- Acting as the primary System Administrator for the CMMS.
- Working with production scheduling and providing input on work orders.
- Tracking PM/CAL/CM Work Orders and following through to completion.
- Providing monthly overdue reports of work orders.
- Maintaining asset tracking within BMRAM.
- Facilitating meetings with maintenance staff and tracking key metrics.
- Supporting maintenance department staff and maintaining training records.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- 7 years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Bachelors degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of facilities maintenance/operations experience.
- GMP facility experience preferred.
- Two years of experience in an FDAregulated environment preferred.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to organize tasks in a highpaced GMP environment.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask or work independently.

- The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award.
- The base pay range is $35.00 to $46.00 hourly depending on experience and qualifications.
