As a Product Owner you will:

• Proactively initiate communication with all stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the projects are understood and properly assessed.
  
• Provide guidelines and initiate workshops with other stakeholders when required.
  
• Drive the resolution of issues and report on progress and risks.
  
• Leverage your broad functional and technical skills to contribute to the different internal and external deliverables the team is committed to.
  
• Interact with people at management / technical expert level: development factory management team senior programmers and architects business product managers and business P&L owners senior managers.
  
• Collaborate with business teams and product managers to gather product requirements and analyze them thoroughly as needed.
  
• Translate the product requirements into precise and clear epics and user stories.
  
• Manage the backlog effectively establish a prioritized list of epics and stories for the product development team set clear priorities for each sprint and review deliverables to ensure they meet stakeholder s expectations.
  
• Become a product subject matter expert for the team.
  
• Own product release plans and set the expectations internally and externally for the delivery of new functionalities in the Product.
  
• Work closely with the Product & Innovation team understanding overall theme and operational objectives by studying business function and requirements. Share feedback on features and ideas.
  
• Make yourself highly available during the agile ceremonies to answer questions identify feature gaps share feedback and early reviews.
  
• Challenge the Product Manager to define the real business requirements to ensure that the development team is solving the right problem.
  
• Coordinate the creation of product mockups and prototypes.
  
• Fulfill the product owner role for one or multiple agile development teams.
  
• Communicate with stakeholders during the development of a product to keep them updated.
  
• Coordinate testing of a product including user acceptance testing alpha and beta programs.
  
• Collect coordinate and prioritize bug fixes.
  
• Ensure alignment between Development team and Business team.
  
• Ensure team s backlog is prioritized based on Business requirements.
  
• Ensure the team s agile ceremonies and agile methodology are followed.
