Job Description
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft .NET development experience (ASP.NET jQuery)
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex .NET applications
- Developing and executing SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
- Proficient in Understanding of JavaScript and jQuery for web application interactions (bonus: Angular experience)
Support Experience:
- Proven track record supporting .NET applications in a production environment
- Indepth knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and prioritisation methodologies (P1 P2 etc.)
- Experience managing and resolving support tickets independently
Additional Skills:
- Willingness to work a rotational shift schedule
